To solve a problem that a large-sized bucket becomes extremely heavy, has a rigid structure and has excavation energy that is not efficient and so wasteful since excavation using a grab bucket is performed by opening/closing of a pair of shells by its own weight and that a heavy machine and a dredge work ship equipped with the grab bucket are applied with a large eccentric load, become so large, and have increased cost.SOLUTION: An excavation bucket of this invention has a minimized installation energy by vibration installation. Excavated soil is held by fastening sediment in a contraction direction of a bucket bottom face using a pair of hydraulic power opening/closing wall members, without closing a bucket due to circumferential face friction and deformation resistance of sediment. The bucket is closed only for weak sediment where both fastening energy and closing energy are small. In this invention, excavation energy is minimized to make the bucket extremely light-weight and large-sized. Also, a heavy machine and a dredge work ship are prevented from becoming huge-sized, to largely decrease cost, by correcting large eccentric load using a movable counter-weight.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9

    【課題】 グラブバケットの掘削は一対のシェルの自重の開閉による。このため、大型のバケットは極めて大重量で頑強な構造となる。これの掘削エネルギーは効率が悪く無駄が多い。また、これを装備する重機,浚渫作業船は大きな偏心荷重が作用して巨大化し、コストが増大している。【解決手段】 本発明の掘削バケットは、振動打設で打設エネルギーを最小とした。掘削土砂の保持は、油圧動力の一対の開閉壁部材でバケット底面を縮小方向に土砂を締付け、周面摩擦力,土砂の変形抵抗によりバケットを閉じずに保持する。バケットを閉合するのは軟弱土砂のみである。締付け,閉合エネルギーはどちらも小さい。本発明は、掘削エネルギーを最小化し、バケットの各段の軽量化,大型化を図った。また、重機,浚渫作業船は大きな偏心荷重を移動式カウンターウエイトで是正してこれの巨大化を抑制し、コストの大幅な縮減を図った。【選択図】図9
