To provide a vehicular interior cover which enables uneven patterns to be formed on a cover surface.SOLUTION: A ceiling cover 10 in a passenger compartment of a motor vehicle, which is formed as a vehicular interior cover, includes: a surface cover material 12 forming a surface of the ceiling cover 10; a rear base cloth 13 forming a rear surface of the ceiling cover 10; and welding parts 14 in each of which the surface cover material 12 and the rear base cloth 13 are directly welded by ultrasonic welding.
