The position of the second moving vehicle is derived on the basis of the distance between a feature point in the second moving vehicle corresponding to a reference point in the second moving vehicle region and the photographing device, and the speed of the second moving vehicle is derived on the basis of a change amount of position of the second moving vehicle that corresponds to the second moving vehicle region included in the plurality of time-series images.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15
