To provide a current collector testing device, etc., which enables performing of test in which the behavior of overhead wiring on a current collector during virtual vehicle travel is reflected.SOLUTION: There is provided a current collector testing device 1 performing the bench test of a current collector 100 of a railway vehicle, which presses a collector head 130 having a contact strip 140 against a trolley wire and collects electric current. The current collector testing device 1 comprises: a vibration exciter 200 coming in contact with the contact strip and capable of applying shake displacement in the vertical direction; a shake displacement detection unit 400 detecting the shake displacement by the vibration exciter; a contact force estimation unit 500 estimating a contact force between the vibration exciter and the contact strip on the basis of the elastic deformation and inertial force of components of the collector head; a real time simulator 600 computing the behavior of an overhead trolley wire in real time on the basis of the contact force estimated by the contact force estimation unit; and a shake control unit 300 controlling the shake displacement by the vibration exciter on the basis of the computation result of the real time simulator and the shake displacement of the vibration exciter detected by the shake displacement detection unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9

    【課題】仮想的な車両走行時における集電装置に対する架線の挙動を反映させた試験が可能な集電装置試験装置等を提供する。【解決手段】すり板体140を有する舟体130をトロリ線に押し付けて集電を行う鉄道車両の集電装置100の台上試験を行う集電装置試験装置1を、すり板体と接触して上下方向の加振変位を与えることが可能な加振機200と、加振機による加振変位を検出する加振変位検出部400と、加振機とすり板体との接触力を、舟体の構成部品の弾性変形及び慣性力に基づいて推定する接触力推定部500と、接触力推定部が推定した接触力に基づいて、架空のトロリ線の挙動を実時間で演算するリアルタイムシミュレータ600と、リアルタイムシミュレータの演算結果、及び、加振変位検出部が検出した加振機の加振変位に基づいて、加振機による加振変位を制御する加振制御部300とを備える構成とする。【選択図】図9
