To simplify proper use of transportation by a lifter body and transportation by a C hook.SOLUTION: A coil lifter 1 comprises a lifter body 2 suspended in manner of capable of moving, a C hook 3 which includes an upper limb part 3a, a lower limb part 3b and a coupling part 3c which couples them at one side and in which the lower limb part 3b is inserted into inner hole Ca of a coil material C on central side, and a support frame 4 under which the C hook 3 is suspended, and the lifter body 2 is capable of holding the support frame 4. The lifter body 2 includes a pair of movable arms 2a which extends in a vertical direction and is provided in manner of capable of approaching and separating, and a pair of pawl members 2b which is provided on a lower part of the pair of movable arms 2a in manner capable of being erected/fallen and which selectively chooses a fallen position seizing the support frame 4 and an erected position releasing the seizing. The support frame 4 includes a frame body 4a under which the C hook 3 is suspended via support means 5, and an insertion hole 5aa which is formed on the frame body 4a and engages with the pair of pawl members 2b when the pair of pawl members 2b is in the fallen position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
