To provide a device for releasing a drone from a restrained state, which can release the drone, restrained by an obstacle, from the restrained state.SOLUTION: A device 2 for releasing a drone from a restrained state comprises: a buffer member 11 that is arranged on an outer peripheral part of the drone 1 and that can be deformed depending on encapsulation and discharge of a gas; an air pump (gas discharge mechanism) 17 that discharges the gas from an inside of the buffer member 11; and a drive control part 18 that deforms the buffer member 11 by driving the air pump 17.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
