To provide a mounting structure of an electric component that can prevent the electric component from being held and crushed between a cowl panel and a steering support member upon a front collision of a vehicle, and can protect the electric component from impact.SOLUTION: A main bracket 21 of a mounting bracket 20 has a body portion 22, a front side leg portion 24 extending forward from the body portion 22, an upper side leg portion 25 extending upward from the body portion 22, and a lower side leg portion 26 extending downward from the body portion 22. A cowl panel 4 has a front side mounting point 4A to which the front side leg portion 24 is coupled, and a side panel 5 has an upper side mounting point 5A to which the upper side leg portion 25 is coupled, and a lower side attaching point 5B to which the lower side leg portion 26 is coupled. The lower side mounting point 5B is disposed behind the front side mounting point 4A, and the upper side mounting point 5A is disposed above a steering support member 6 and behind the lower side mounting point 5B.
