To improve the strength of an operation lever of a seat slide device.SOLUTION: A rail insertion part 35 of an operation handle 7 has two internal convexes 42 formed on each of both sides of a slit 41 so as to sandwich the slit 41 in a longitudinal direction of a lower rail. The internal convexes 42 can support a reinforcement member 51 arranged at an inner side of the rail insertion part 35. The reinforcement member 51 has a triangular shape in cross section, three corner parts 52 are inscribed to an inner peripheral surface of the rail insertion part 35, and two of the three corner parts 52 are supported by the internal convexes 42 and arranged so as to straddle the slit 41.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
