To improve heating efficiency of a refrigeration cycle device carrying out heating by absorbing heat from a plurality of heat sources.SOLUTION: The refrigeration cycle device comprises: refrigerant circuit switching units 15a, 15b for switching between a refrigerant circuit in a waste-heat heating mode of absorbing heat from a heat absorption object 80 by a heat absorbing unit without absorbing heat from outdoor air by an outdoor heat exchanger 16, and a refrigerant circuit in an outdoor air waste-heat heating mode of absorbing heat from outdoor air by the outdoor heat exchanger and absorbing heat from the heat absorption object by the heat absorbing unit; and a controller 60 for controlling the refrigerant circuit switching units to switch the refrigerant circuit to the waste-heat heating mode when an outdoor air refrigerant temperature difference which is a temperature difference obtained by subtracting a temperature Ts of a refrigerant sucked to a compressor from an outdoor air temperature Tam is equal to or lower than a lower limit temperature difference α2, and a temperature TWL2 of the heat absorption object is equal to or higher than a heat absorbable temperature TW1 in the outdoor air waste-heat heating mode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
