To appropriately estimate electricity consumption even when sufficient data associating map information with the electricity consumption is not available.SOLUTION: An electricity consumption estimation device according to the present disclosure includes: a first electricity consumption calculation unit for calculating a first electricity consumption estimation value on the basis of travel condition information in information about a travel plan; a second electricity consumption calculation unit for calculating a second electricity consumption estimation value on the basis of information about travel location information in the information about the travel plan, and of electricity consumption map information which associates map information with electricity consumption corresponding to the map information; an electricity consumption estimation unit for estimating electricity consumption on the basis of the first electricity consumption estimation value and the second electricity consumption estimation value; and an output unit for outputting information based on the electricity consumption estimated by the electricity consumption estimation unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
