A first hoisting device 18a is disposed near the first supporting column, and a second hoisting device 18b is disposed near the second supporting column. A first overhead wire is connected to a first hoisting device from the first mobile device via the first supporting column. A second overhead wire is connected to a second hoisting device from the first mobile device via the second supporting column. A second mobile device 16b can move in the air between a third supporting column and a fourth supporting column. A third hoisting device 18c is disposed near the third supporting column, and a fourth hoisting device 18d is disposed near the fourth supporting column. A third overhead wire is connected to a third hoisting device from the second mobile device via the third supporting column. A fourth overhead wire is connected to a fourth hoisting device from the second mobile device via the fourth supporting column.
