To provide a rail clamp device capable of facilitating exhibition of performance based on a design.SOLUTION: A connection member 24 has a bearing 28 provided to permit inclination of a loading device 2 and a clamp 21 relative to each other. In this case, even when inclination of the loading device 2 and the clamp 21 relative to each other occurs due to the manufacturing accuracy of the device, the laying accuracy of a rail 7 or the like, the bearing 28 can permit the inclination in the connection member 24 (for example, see FIG. 5(b)). Thus, a shear pin 26 can be inserted in a form corresponding to the inclination at a connection place of the connection member 24 and a loading device side bracket 22, and can maintain a posture corresponding to the inclination. Therefore, the shear pin 26 can be easily broken with a load as designed irrespective of the manufacturing accuracy of the device, the laying accuracy of the rail or the like.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】設計に従った性能を発揮し易くすることができるレールクランプ装置を提供する。【解決手段】接続部材24には、荷役装置2とクランプ部21との間の相対的な傾きを許容する軸受部28が設けられる。この場合、装置の制作精度やレール7の敷設精度等により、荷役装置2とクランプ部21との間に相対的な傾きが発生した場合であっても、軸受部28は、接続部材24において当該傾きを許容することができる(例えば図5(b)参照)。従って、シアーピン26は、接続部材24と荷役装置側ブラケット22との連結箇所において、前述の傾きに応じた態様で挿入可能となり、且つ、前述の傾きに応じた姿勢を維持することが可能となる。これにより、装置の制作精度やレールの敷設精度等によらず、設計通りの荷重でシアーピン26が破断し易くなる。【選択図】図2
