To accurately check abnormalities in a rope surface shape in a non-contact manner without the need for prior calibration work by using distance information from an elevator rope.SOLUTION: There is provided a control analysis device 4 that measures a rope diameter from distance information to a rope R measured in time series by an optical cutting type camera 2, and detects rope mountains based on the measured rope diameter. Then, the device corrects a position using a rope vibration amount when observing the same line on a rope surface, and detects a portion where a distance to the rope mountain is continued by a threshold value or more as a wear mark. The device also detects a broken wire of the rope if there is a distance change of the threshold value or more at the point detected as the wear mark.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】エレベータロープとの距離情報を用いることで事前のキャリブレーション作業を必要とすることなく、非接触式によりロープ表面形状の異常を正確に点検する。【解決手段】制御解析装置4は、光切断式のカメラ2により時系列に計測されたロープRまでの距離情報からロープ直径を計測し、計測されたロープ直径に基づきロープ山を検出する。その後、ロープ表面の同一ラインを観測する際にロープ振動量を用いて位置補正し、ロープ山までの距離が閾値以上連続する箇所を摩耗痕として検出する。また、摩耗痕と検出された箇所に閾値以上の距離変化が生じていれば、ロープの素線切れを検出する。【選択図】図1
