To provide a cabin acoustic device in which a speaker is provided for a headrest on a seat back surface of a seat and influences of sound production from the speaker on a passenger seated in another seat can be suppressed.SOLUTION: A speaker 32 is housed in a headrest 31 positioned above a seat back surface part 4 of a seat. The speaker 32 is positioned on a center line O dividing the headrest 31 and a passenger in a left and right direction (X1-X2 direction) and faces a neck back part of the passenger from the back part. Because sound pressure emitted by the speaker 32 hits the neck back part, it is unlikely to reach the ear of a passenger seated on another seat.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
