To improve the workability of a position adjustment to the installation reference line of an elevator.SOLUTION: An installation reference line adjustment device includes: a first installation reference line adjustment unit 200 having laser beam position sensors 32a, 32b; and a second installation reference line adjustment unit 201 having laser vertical devices 25a, 25b. A reference floor surface 101a is provided with a laser beam centering jig 400 for alignment by a first reference black position 50a and a second reference black position 50b. The laser beam centering jig 400 includes laser vertical device reference holes 43a, 43b through which laser beams 33a, 33b are allowed to pass. After laser beams 33a, 33b are emitted from the laser vertical devices 25a, 25b, and the position of the second installation reference line adjustment unit 201 is adjusted so that the laser beams 33a, 33b are passed through the laser vertical device reference holes 43a, 43b, the position of the first installation reference line adjustment unit 200 is adjusted so that the laser beam position sensors 32a, 32b receive the laser beams 33a, 33b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
