To provide a suspension bush with a new structure which can achieve required spring characteristics at a higher level.SOLUTION: In a suspension bush 10, an intermediate member 30 is disposed between an inner shaft member 12 and an outer cylinder member 14 connected by a body rubber elastic body 16. An axial center portion of the inner shaft member 12 includes an inner expansion part 18 protruding to an outer periphery, an axial center portion of the outer cylinder member 14 includes an outer curved part 28 having an inner surface shape recessed to an inner periphery, and an axial center portion of the intermediate member 30 includes an intermediate curved part 34 having a curved cross section shape recessed to an inner periphery. The body rubber elastic body 16 is pre-compressed by reducing a diameter of the outer cylinder member 14, inclined angles of axial end portions 24 relative to an axial direction in the outer curved part 28 are increased by the diameter reduction of the outer cylinder member 14, and the axial end portions 24 of the outer curved part 28 are pressed to axial end parts of the body rubber elastic body 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】要求されるばね特性をより高度に実現することが可能とされた、新規な構造のサスペンションブッシュを提供すること。【解決手段】本体ゴム弾性体16によって連結されたインナ軸部材12とアウタ筒部材14の間に中間部材30が配されたサスペンションブッシュ10であって、インナ軸部材12の軸方向中央部分が外周へ向けて突出するインナ膨出部18を備え、アウタ筒部材14の軸方向中央部分が内周へ向けて凹となる内面形状を有するアウタ湾曲部28を備え、中間部材30の軸方向中央部分が内周へ向けて凹となる湾曲断面形状を有する中間湾曲部34を備えており、アウタ筒部材14の縮径により本体ゴム弾性体16が予圧縮されて、アウタ湾曲部28における軸方向両端部分24の軸方向に対する傾斜角度がアウタ筒部材14の縮径によって大きくされて、アウタ湾曲部28の軸方向両端部分24が本体ゴム弾性体16の軸方向端部に押し付けられている。【選択図】図1
