To provide a simplified pulsation reduction device.SOLUTION: A pulsation reduction device includes: a pressure change suppressor 110 in which capacity is varied according to pressure; and a throttle valve which is arranged on a downstream side of the pressure change suppressor 110 in a discharge flow passage. The throttle valve has a first housing having an end face with an opened one end and a first through hole formed so that brake fluid flows therein at the other end, a first valve body movable in an axial direction of the first housing in the first housing, and a first spring member which energizes the first valve body in a direction of the first through hole of the first housing. The first valve body closes the first through hole and has a seal section in which a throttle hole is formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
