To provide a stroke management system capable of notifying an occupant of a change of an arrival schedule time after the occupant awakes.SOLUTION: A stroke management system 30 can calculate an arrival schedule time at a destination before an occupant of a mobile body starts sleeping. The system includes: a sleep detection section 35 for detecting that the occupant starts sleeping; an awakening detection section 36 for detecting that the occupant awakes; and a notification section 37 for notifying the occupant of an effect that the arrival schedule time being monitored by a stroke monitoring section has been changed during the sleep of the occupant when the awakening detection section detects awakening of the occupant.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
