To provide a practical RORO-ship capable of increasing a loading amount of load bodies compared to a conventional RORO-ship equipped with a low speed main engine, and equipped with a low speed main engine.SOLUTION: A RORO-ship 1 includes an in-hold ramp way 3 with a bow side riding up a deck above a drive-in deck D, forms a ceiling surface of an engine room by the drive-in deck D and the in-hold ramp way 3, and forms a ceiling surface of an engine room with the drive-in deck D and the in-hold ramp way 3, in which a low speed main engine 8 is arranged below the in-hold ramp way 3. The RORO-ship improves stability by lowering an attachment height of the drive-in deck D and the in-hold ramp way 3 by moving the main engine 8 to the bow side, or moves the main engine 8 to the bow side, lowers the attachment height of the drive-in deck D and the in-hold ramp way 3, and further improves stability by extending a vessel width, and provides a three tier deck capable of loading load bodies above the drive-in deck D.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】従来の低速主機を搭載したRORO船に比較して荷体の搭載量を増加することが可能で、かつ低速主機を搭載した実用的なRORO船を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係るRORO船1は、乗込甲板Dの上側の甲板に乗り上がる船首側が高い前上がり状の艙内ランプウエイ3を備え、乗込甲板D及び艙内ランプウエイ3が機関室の天井面を形成し、艙内ランプウエイ3の下方に低速の主機8を配置したRORO船において、主機8を船首側に移動させ、乗込甲板D及び艙内ランプウエイ3の取付け高さを下げスタビリティを向上させ、又は主機8を船首側に移動させ、乗込甲板D及び艙内ランプウエイ3の取付け高さを下げ、さらに船幅を拡張しスタビリティを向上させ、乗込甲板Dの上方に荷体を積載可能な3層の甲板を設けてなる。【選択図】図1
