To provide a rubber-steel cord composite that has a good initial adhesiveness, post-aging adhesiveness and post-storage adhesiveness while using a vulcanization accelerator that has less impact on the environment in a rubber composition, and even if the rubber composition does not necessarily contain organic acid cobalt.SOLUTION: Provided is a rubber-steel cord composite formed by vulcanizing/adhering a rubber composition that contains 1 to 10 pts.mass of sulfur, 0.1 to 5 pts.mass of N,N-dibenzylbenzothiazole-2-sulfenamide, and 0.1 to 5 pts.mass of either one or both of hexamethylenebisthiosulfate 2 sodium salt dihydrate and 1,6-bis(N,N-dibenzylthiocarbamoyldithio)hexane for 100 pts.mass of a natural rubber-containing diene-based rubber, and a steel cord. Also provided is a pneumatic tire that includes the rubber-steel cord composite.SELECTED DRAWING: None

    【課題】環境への影響が少ない加硫促進剤をゴム組成物に用いながら、また必ずしもゴム組成物が有機酸コバルトを含まなくとも、良好な初期接着性、老化後接着性及び保管後接着性を持たせる。【解決手段】天然ゴムを含むジエン系ゴム100質量部に対して、硫黄1〜10質量部と、N,N−ジベンジルベンゾチアゾール−2−スルフェンアミド0.1〜5質量部と、ヘキサメチレンビスチオサルフェート2ナトリウム塩2水和物及び1,6−ビス(N,N−ジベンジルチオカルバモイルジチオ)ヘキサンのいずれか一方又は双方0.1〜5質量部とを含むゴム組成物と、スチールコードとを、加硫接着してなるゴム−スチールコード複合体である。また、該ゴム−スチールコード複合体を備える空気入りタイヤである。【選択図】なし
