Expression (1): 0.65≤tanδ at -30°C≤1.10. Expression (2): 0.14≤tanδ at -30°C/E* at 0°C≤0.40. [Shear mode] stress: 0.2 MPa, frequency: 10 Hz, and measurement temperature of tanδ: -30°C.
