To provide a vehicular side door structure which can achieve weight reduction and improvement of the appearance of a side door.SOLUTION: A vehicular side door structure includes: an outer member 10; and an inner member 30 connected to the outer member 10 and having a front vertical wall part 41 and a rear vertical wall part 42. The outer member 10 has: an outer panel 11; and an annular frame member 12 connected to an outer peripheral edge part of the outer panel 11 by hemming. In the inner member 30, the front vertical wall part 41 and the rear vertical wall part 42 are formed by a cast forming material or a high strength resin material.
