To provide a refrigeration cycle device capable of suppressing increase in pressure in a refrigerant excessively-filled state.SOLUTION: A refrigerant circuit 10 includes: a circulation path in which a high-pressure refrigerant is returned to a compressor via a first flow passage 1a; and a circulation path in which the high-pressure refrigerant is returned to the compressor via a second flow passage 1b. A first evaporator 16 generating cooling air is provided in the first flow passage 1a. A second evaporator 18 providing a heat absorbing action to cool a secondary battery 3 is provided in the second flow passage 1b. A refrigeration cycle device 1 can individually execute an air-conditioning mode in which the refrigerant flows in the first evaporator 16 and a battery cooling mode in which the refrigerant flows in the second evaporator 18. A control device controls an opening of an electric expansion valve 17 so as to obtain target superheat determined in accordance with an outside air temperature in the battery cooling mode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】冷媒過充填状態での圧力上昇を抑制可能な冷凍サイクル装置を提供する。【解決手段】冷媒回路10は、高圧冷媒が、第1流路1aを経由して圧縮機に戻ってくる循環経路と第2流路1bを経由して圧縮機に戻ってくる循環経路とを備える。第1流路1aには冷房風を生成する第1蒸発器16が設けられている。第2流路1bには二次電池3を冷却するために吸熱作用を提供する第2蒸発器18が設けられている。冷凍サイクル装置1は、冷媒が第1蒸発器16を流れる空調モードと、冷媒が第2蒸発器18を流れる電池冷却モードとを個別に実施できる。制御装置は、電池冷却モードにおいて外気温度に応じて決定した目標スーパーヒートになるように電気式膨張弁17の開度を制御する。【選択図】図1
