To provide a hanging metal fitting that can lift objects weighing more than 100 tons in a stable manner and can easily and accurately respond to shifts in the center of gravity of the object being lifted.SOLUTION: Hanging metal fittings 10L (10R) comprises a lower main plate 1 attached to an object to be lifted G, an upper main plate 2 suspended from a hook F of a lifting machine C, intermediate link plates 5,5(6,6) arranged astride over opposing areas 3(4) between the upper main plate 2 and the lower main plate 1, which are separated in the vertical direction, and to sandwich the upper main plate 2 and the lower main plate 1 from both sides, connecting pins 7(8) that detachably penetrate the upper main plate 2 and intermediate link plates 5,5(6,6) that sandwich both sides of the upper main plate 2 above the intermediate link plates 5,5(6,6), and connecting pins 9(12) that detachably penetrate the lower main plate 1 and intermediate link plates 5,5(6,6) that sandwich both sides of the lower main plate 1 below the intermediate link plates 5,5(6,6).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
