To provide an elevator control device capable of preventing an incorrect boarding between an upper car and a lower car even under a semi-double operation situation consisting of a full DCS or a hybrid DCS.SOLUTION: An elevator control device controls the operation of one or multiple elevators with two cars connected one above the other in the same hoistway. The elevator control device comprises an allocation control unit and an allocation change control unit, where the allocation control unit selects one car out of multiple cars of the one or multiple elevators and allocates the destination call thereto when a destination call is made by a destination floor registration device installed on a landing, and the allocation change control unit changes an allocation car of the destination call to the other car of the destination call when the floor where the destination call is made is instructed as the destination floor by an in-car destination floor display device installed in the other connected car after allocating the destination call.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
