To provide a vehicular cooler that can keep a radiator in a cooling circuit from increasing in size while securing reliability of e-components.SOLUTION: A vehicular cooler includes a cooling medium circulation circuit 20 in which a cooling medium for exchanging heat with an electric driving unit 40 circulates, a radiator 10 for cooling the cooling medium, a bypass passage 21 for bypassing the electric driving unit 40 of the cooling medium circulation circuit 20 and flow rate control units 30A, 30B for controlling a flow rate in the bypass passage 21. The flow rate control units 30A, 30B control a first flow rate F1, which is a flow rate of the cooling medium for exchanging heat with the electric driving unit 40, and a second flow rate F2, which is a flow rate of the cooling medium cooled by the radiator 10 and is larger than the first flow rate F1, so that a difference between the second flow rate F2 and the first flow rate F1 is a differential flow rate to flow to the bypass passage 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
