To provide a rectifier that can effectively suppress a foreign matter from adhering to a detecting part of a sensor by a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A rectifier comprises an airflow generating part, provided in an exterior member 10 of a vehicle arranged adjacent to a detecting part 21 of a sensor 20 in which at least a portion of a detection range is arranged closer to a rear side than a plane parallel to a width direction and a vertical direction of the vehicle, which generates airflow Ef and Fn that separate travelling air W caused by travelling of the vehicle from the detecting part of the sensor. The airflow generating part is configured to have at least a pair of electrodes 120 and 130 and a plasma actuator 100 having a power source PS that applies AC voltages to the electrodes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
