To provide a remote control system, an unmanned moving machine, a remote control method, and a program capable of remotely controlling an underwater robot.SOLUTION: A remote control system which remotely controls an underwater robot includes: a wireless communication terminal for transmitting control information of the underwater robot; and an unmanned moving machine for transmitting control information transmitted by the wireless communication terminal to the underwater robot. The unmanned moving machine includes: a first communication unit for receiving control information; and a second communication unit for transmitting the control information received by the first communication unit to the underwater robot via a cable. The underwater robot includes: a communication unit for receiving the control information transmitted by the second communication unit; and a control unit for controlling a driving unit for driving the underwater robot on the basis the control information received by the communication unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
