To provide a ceiling type crane capable of stopping a bucket at an end point while suppressing the vibration of the bucket and shortening a required moving time of the bucket.SOLUTION: An operation plan of a ceiling type crane is generated by the following procedure: a lowering speed schedule of a rope, in which after starting the lowering of a bucket from the maximum height at a lowering start time, the bucket passes through the height of a horizontal deceleration end point at a horizontal deceleration end time and reaches the height of an end point at the lowering speed 0 at a stop time, is obtained; a horizontal deceleration start time at which a phase of vibration of the bucket becomes 2π at the horizontal deceleration end time is obtained by using the length of the rope changed in accordance with the lowering speed schedule; a deceleration speed schedule, in which the moving speed becomes 0 from when the trolley starts deceleration from a predetermined moving speed at the horizontal deceleration start time until the horizontal deceleration end time, is obtained; and a position of a deceleration start point where the trolley passes at the horizontal deceleration start time and a position of a lowering start point where the trolley passes at the lowering start time are obtained based on the deceleration speed schedule.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5

    【課題】天井式クレーンにおいて、バケットを振れていない状態で終点に停止させ且つバケットの移動所要時間を短縮する。【解決手段】バケットが巻下げ開始時刻に最大高さから降下を開始し、水平減速終了時刻に水平減速終了点の高さを通過し、停止時刻に巻下げ速度0で終点の高さに到達するロープの巻下げ速度スケジュールを求め、巻下げ速度スケジュールに従って変化するロープの長さを用いて水平減速終了時刻にバケットの振れの位相が2πとなる水平減速開始時刻を求め、トロリが水平減速開始時刻に所定の移動速度から減速を開始して水平減速終了時刻に移動速度0となる減速速度スケジュールを求め、減速速度スケジュールに基づいてトロリが水平減速開始時刻に通過する減速開始点の位置と、トロリが巻下げ開始時刻に通過する巻下げ開始点の位置とを求め、これらから天井式クレーンの運転計画を生成する。【選択図】図5
