To ensure a storage space which can protect a storage article appropriately without increasing cost and an assembly structure.SOLUTION: A storage structure of a saddle-riding type vehicle includes: a pair of seat rails (14) extending in a vehicle longitudinal direction; a seat installed on the pair of seat rails; and a grab bar (50) extending outwards in the vehicle width direction from the seat. The grab bar has a pair of gripping parts (51) outside the seat and a connection part (52) connecting the pair of gripping parts.
