To provide a liquid propellant supply device which can be downsized so as to be mounted in a small or very small satellite and satisfy a demand value of a satellite side propellant load, and to provide a satellite propulsion unit.SOLUTION: A liquid propellant supply device includes a propellant pump device 20 which pumps a liquid propellant L with a pumping pressure P3 exceeding a supply pressure P1 of the liquid propellant L needed for thrusters 30 for satellite propulsion. The propellant pump device 20 has hollow metal foil tanks 22 and an electric pump 28. Each metal foil tank 22 comprises metal foils 23 which are overlapped and welded to each other at outer peripheral edges, has a liquid propellant L discharge pipe 24, and may discharge the liquid propellant L filling the interior at a decompressed space having a pressure lower than or equal to the atmospheric pressure. The electric pump 28 compresses the liquid propellant L discharged from the discharge pipe 24 to the pumping pressure P3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
