To reduce exterior noise by dampening engine noise propagating backward from an engine.SOLUTION: A vehicle 10 to which a vehicular noise reduction structure is applied includes: an engine 13 installed on a vehicle body 11; a suspension member 14 installed on the vehicle body 11 more downward than the engine 13; and a cover 16 with a cover body 17 covering, from downward, a part of an undersurface 12 of the vehicle body 11 more backward than a front end part of the suspension member 14.
