To accurately grasp the movement of a movable body.SOLUTION: An information processor comprises: obtaining, in time series, first point group information based on three-dimensional point group information provided with time information indicating a scanning time which is obtained by scanning a first area A1 of a movable body path RW in which a moving direction is set; estimating a point group corresponding to the same movable body AM from first point group information; setting a representative point on the basis of the point group which is estimated to correspond to the same movable body AM; and correcting the scanning time indicated by the time information with the use of a rule, associating a position of an object on a movable body path with a time difference between the scanning time indicated by the time information and a time when the object is scanned, and a position of a representative point and estimating a time when the representative point is scanned.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 22

    【課題】移動体の移動をより正確に把握する。【解決手段】移動方向が定められた移動体路RWの第1の領域A1を走査することで得られた、走査時刻を示す時刻情報が付された三次元点群情報に基づく第1の点群情報を時系列で取得し、第1の点群情報から、同一の移動体AMに対応する点群を推定し、同一の移動体AMに対応すると推定された点群に基づいて、代表点を設定し、移動体路上の物体の位置と、時刻情報が示す走査時刻と物体が走査される時刻との時間差と、を対応付けた規則、および代表点の位置を用いて、時刻情報が示す走査時刻を補正し、代表点が走査された時刻を推定する。【選択図】図22
