To improve accuracy of estimating center-of-gravity height on a suspension.SOLUTION: A center-of-gravity height estimation device includes: a moment calculation unit 121 for calculating roll moment on a suspension at each of a plurality of time points; a lateral acceleration measuring unit 122 for measuring lateral acceleration, which is acceleration in a width direction, at each of the plurality of time points; a weight measuring unit 123 for measuring the weight on the suspension; a gain calculation unit 124 for calculating a gain of a transfer function in a frequency region of a reference frequency or lower of roll moment with respect to the lateral acceleration for each time division; a degree-of-relationship calculation unit 125 for calculating a degree of relationships between the lateral acceleration and the roll moment in the frequency region of the reference frequency or lower for each time division; a weighting unit for waiting the gain of the transfer function on the basis of the degree of relationships; and a center-of-gravity height calculation unit 128 for calculating the height from the roll center to the center of gravity on the suspension on the basis of the gain of the transfer function and the measured weight.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
