To increase the likelihood of estimation of an abnormality in the posture of a driver of a movable body performed based on an image acquired by an imaging apparatus.SOLUTION: The head 31 in a driver 30 captured in an image IM is specified by applying a skeleton model. A left eye feature point LY and a right eye feature point RY included in the head 31 is further specified. A rotation angle θR in a roll direction of a movable body is specified based on the positional relationship between the left eye feature point LY and the right eye feature point RY. When the rotation angle θR exceeds a threshold, it is estimated that the posture of the driver 30 is abnormal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 16

    【課題】撮像装置により取得された画像に基づいてなされる移動体の運転者の姿勢異常の推定の確からしさを高める。【解決手段】骨格モデルを適用することにより、画像IMに写り込んだ運転者30における頭部31が特定される。さらに、頭部31に含まれる左目特徴点LYと右目特徴点RYが特定される。左目特徴点LYと右目特徴点RYの位置関係に基づいて、移動体のロール方向への回転角θRが特定される。回転角θRが閾値を上回る場合、運転者30の姿勢が異常であると推定される。【選択図】図16
