To enable detection of a highly accurate electrocardiographic waveform.SOLUTION: To a differential amplifier 30, a steering electrode 12 is connected, and electrode units 40, 42 of a sheet electrode 16 are also connected via a switch unit 46. The switch unit 46 connects one of the electrode units 40, 42 to a ground electrode GND and the other to the differential amplifier 30. When determining that a driver is in a charged state requiring static elimination from charge information detected by a charge information detection unit 52, a control unit 54 operates the switch unit 46 to switch a connection source of the differential amplifier 30 between the electrode units 40, 42. As a result, while static elimination is performed by one of the electrode units 40, 42, an electrocardiographic waveform can be detected by the other, thereby enabling detection of a highly accurate electrocardiographic waveform in which the influence of static electricity is suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】高精度の心電波形の検出を可能にする。【解決手段】差動増幅器30には、ステアリング電極12が接続されていると共に、シート電極16の電極部40、42が切替部46を介して接続されており、切替部46は、電極部40、42の一方を接地極GNDに接続し、他方を差動増幅器30に接続する。制御部54は、帯電情報検出部52が検出する帯電情報から運転者が除電の必要な帯電状態であると判定すると、切替部46を操作して、差動増幅器30の接続元を電極部40、42との間で切替える。これにより、電極部40、42の一方で除電をしながら、他方で心電波形を検出でき、静電気の影響が抑制された高精度の心電波形を検出できる。【選択図】図2
