To provide a girder for a crane which eliminates the work of removing strain caused by welding in the manufacturing process of the girder for a crane.SOLUTION: A girder for a crane comprises a beam member 2 formed such that one of four corners of a pipe with a square cross section includes a slit 3 extending longitudinally from one end of the pipe, a rail 4 for mounting a hoist, and bolts 6 and nuts 7, where the rail for mounting a hoist consists of an I-shaped steel with a vertical web part 4a, and with an upper flange part 4b and a lower flange part 4c arranged above and below the vertical web part 4a, and is attached to the beam member 2 with the slit 3 facing downward by inserting the web part 4a from one end of the beam member 2 so that it enters the slit 3, and the bolts and nuts tighten together lower inclined plate parts 2a and 2b on both sides of the slit 3 in the beam member 2 and upper inclined plate parts 2c and 2d facing the lower inclined plate parts, to reinforce the lower inclined plate parts 2a and 2b, and are arranged near the upper flange part 4b of the rail 4 and arranged side by side in the longitudinal direction of the beam member 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】クレーン用ガーダーの製造過程で溶接に起因する歪取り作業を不要にする。【解決手段】断面が四角形状のパイプの四つの角部分のうちの一つが当該パイプの一端から長手方向に伸張するスリット3を有するように形成した梁部材2と、垂直なウェブ部4aと該ウェブ部4aの上下に配置した上側フランジ部4b並びに下側フランジ部4cとを有するI形鋼からなり、ウェブ部4aがスリット3に入るように梁部材2の一端から差し込むことにより、スリット3を下向きにした梁部材2に装着した、ホイスト取付け用のレール4と、梁部材2の、スリット3の両側の下側傾斜板部2a2bと、該下側傾斜板部に対向する上側傾斜板部2c、2dとを互いに締付けて下側傾斜板部2a2bを補強するための、レール4の上側フランジ部4bの近くに配置すると共に当該梁部材2の長手方向に並設したボルト6とナット7とを備えるよう構成する。【選択図】図2
