To provide a battery loading structure of a vehicle which can protect a connection terminal part arranged at a lateral part of a battery case from a foreign object.SOLUTION: A battery pack 20 has a rear side reinforcement member 23 which is below a connection terminal part 51 and also at a position where it is overlapped with the connection terminal part 51 in a vertical direction, and extends along a side face of a battery case 21. The rear side reinforcement member 23 includes: an inclined plane part 23A which inclines to be away from the center of the battery case 21 toward the upper side; an upper side joint part 23B which is folded toward the center side of the battery case 21 from the upper end part of the inclined plane part 23A to be connected with the battery case 21; and a lower side joint part 23C which is folded toward the center side of the battery case 21 from the lower end part of the inclined plane part 23A to be connected with the battery case 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
