To provide a parking lot difficulty detection system, a parking lot difficulty detection device, and a computer program that can appropriately detect an usage difficulty of a parking lot provided in a facility.SOLUTION: A parking lot difficulty detection system is configured in that when a door of a vehicle stopped around a facility provided with a parking lot is opened and closed, information which specifies a position and an opening/closing mode of a door of the stopped vehicle is acquired; a difficulty level of using the parking lot provided in the facility is detected by using the stop position and the opening/closing mode of the door acquired from each vehicle; and various controls and guidance are performed using information on a detected obstacle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5

    【課題】施設が備える駐車場の利用難易度を適切に検出することを可能にした駐車場難易度検出システム、駐車場難易度検出装置及びコンピュータプログラムを提供する。【解決手段】駐車場を備える施設の周辺で停車した車両のドアが開閉された場合に、停車した車両の位置とドアの開閉態様とを特定する情報を取得し、各車両から取得した停車位置とドアの開閉態様とを用いることによって、施設が備える駐車場の利用難易度を検出し、検出した障害物に関する情報を用いて各種制御や案内を行うように構成する。【選択図】図5
