To provide a new vibration controller capable of avoiding significant deterioration of vibration control performance in a specific frequency area with a novel structure.SOLUTION: A vibration controller 10 has a truncated cone-shaped body rubber elastic body 16 having an outer peripheral surface that gradually expands in diameter from a first mounting member 12 to a second mounting member 14, the body rubber elastic body 16 is provided with a recess 50 that opens in a central portion on a large diameter side, which is the side of the second mounting member 14, and the body rubber elastic body 16 constituting a bottom 54 of the recess 50 is integrally formed with a vibration control protrusion 60 projecting into the recess 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
