To provide a polyvinylchloride-based underbody coat composition that includes a step of heating vehicle body surface coat composition under 40 to 70°C atmosphere before curing and suppresses the occurrence of sagging and slipping during heating even when applied with a thick film.SOLUTION: The object of the present invention has been achieved by a polyvinylchloride-based underbody coat composition that contains a surface-treated calcium carbonate having BET specific surface area greater than 15 m2/g such that the ratio of plasticizer oil absorption amount to the contained amount of plasticizer in 55°C environment is 14% or more, and has a specific gravity of 1.1 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】本発明は、車体の表面塗装組成物の硬化前に40〜70℃雰囲気下で加熱する工程が含まれ、かつ厚膜で塗布されても加熱中のタレ、スリップの発生が抑制されるポリ塩化ビニル系アンダーボディーコート組成物を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】本発明の目的は、BET比表面積が15m2/gより大きい表面処理炭酸カルシウムを55℃環境下における可塑剤の含有量に対する可塑剤吸油量の比率が14%以上になるように含有し、比重が1.1以下のポリ塩化ビニル系アンダーボディーコート用組成物によって達成された。【選択図】図1
