To provide a cored bar that is less likely to have a casting defect.SOLUTION: According to an aspect, a cored bar for a steering wheel is provided. The cored bar includes a first member extending in a circular arc and a second member extending in a circular arc and formed in a cylindrical shape having a hollow structure. Pressed portions pressed in a substantially flat shape are formed at both end portions of the second member, and the pressed portions are welded to both end portions of the first member. In addition, in an embodiment, the first member may have a hollow structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
