To provide a bearing member for an electric parking brake which can achieve improvement of power transmission efficiency and improvement of strength or durability.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a bearing member used for an electric parking brake 9 including a speed reduction mechanism 3, a gear body 4 which houses the speed reduction mechanism 3, and a conversion mechanism 5 which converts rotational motion of a shaft 31 into linear motion of a piston 61. The bearing member includes: a resin bearing fixing part 11 provided at the gear body 4 and having a through hole 11a into which the shaft 31 is inserted; a metallic annular member 12 embedded in the bearing fixing part 11 so as to form a part of the through hole 11a; and a bearing 13 which is fixed to the annular member 12 while applying a pressure force to an inner peripheral surface of the annular member 12 and rotatably supports the shaft 31. A radial thickness W1 of the annular member 12 is larger than a radial thickness W2 of the bearing 13 located at the inner periphery side of the annular member 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
