To provide a flood evacuation operation system that makes it easier for an administrator to make decisions about setting or canceling flood evacuation operation as a method of suppressing damage to elevator equipment from flooding.SOLUTION: A monitoring server 2a acquires current meteorological data and water level data of nearby rivers from external meteorological data DB4, automatically determines the necessity of flood evacuation operation by comparing with past flood information, and displays the determination result and the flood evacuation setting status of the surrounding area on a mobile terminal 3 by a Web server 2b, which is a dedicated site, in order to present it to an administrator.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】エレベーターの機器の冠水に対する被害を抑制する方法として、管理者が冠水退避運転の設定または解除を行う判断をし易くすることを可能とした冠水退避運転システムを提供する。【解決手段】本発明では、監視サーバー2aが、現在の気象データや近隣河川水位データを外部気象データDB4から取得し、過去の冠水情報と比較することで自動的に冠水退避運転の必要性を判定し、この判定結果および周辺地域の冠水退避設定状況を、管理者に提示するために、専用サイトであるWebサーバー2bにより携帯端末3に表示する。【選択図】図1
