To provide a parabolic antenna for collecting and transmitting information of a disaster or the like occurring on the ground, to a satellite orbiting the earth.SOLUTION: A parabolic surface of a parabolic antenna includes an elevation mechanism facing a direction of a ground relay station or a ground observation station, and tilted at a prescribed angle so as to track movement of a satellite, is provided with a mechanism rotatable at a prescribed elevation angle, and has a structure foldable and carriable by being swung around a prescribed axis.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
