The first member has a first insulating film that forms a first surface. The second member has a second insulating film that forms a second surface that faces the first surface and is in contact with the first surface. The cushioning material is arranged on the side opposite to the first surface of the first member. The first member and the second member are configured such that a true contact area between the first surface and the second surface changes according to a pressure applied to the first member and the second member, and the first insulating film and the second insulating film are configured such that one is positively charged and the other is negatively charged by changing the true contact area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
