To provide a driving force distribution control system of a vehicle which can suppress the slip of rear wheels on which the ground load is reduced in towing and accelerating in a four-wheel drive vehicle.SOLUTION: A driving force distribution control system of a vehicle comprises: a driving force distribution device which distributes the driving force of front and rear wheels; and a driving force distribution control device which controls the driving force distribution amount of the front and rear wheels. The driving force distribution control device comprises: towing determination means which determines whether or not a four-wheel drive vehicle is towing a towing object vehicle; and request acceleration detection means which detects the request acceleration of a driver. The driving force distribution control device is configured to control the driving force distribution device such that the driving force distribution amount to the rear wheels of the four-wheel drive vehicle becomes smaller as the request acceleration of the driver is greater when it is determined that the four-wheel drive vehicle is towing the towing object vehicle and the request acceleration of the driver is detected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
