To provide a dynamo-electric motor cooling system capable of adjusting an oil flow rate in accordance with vehicle speed.SOLUTION: A dynamo-electric motor cooling system 1 cools a dynamo-electric motor 2 for driving a vehicle, the dynamo-electric motor 2 comprising a stator 2b with a coil 2ba, and a rotor 2a. The dynamo-electric motor cooling system 1 comprises: a vehicle speed sensor S; a mechanical oil pump 3; an electrically-driven oil pump 4; a first discharge oil passage L1 in which an oil is discharged from the mechanical oil pump 3; a second discharge oil passage L2 in which an oil is discharged from the electrically-driven oil pump 4; a main oil passage L3 to which the first discharge oil passage L1 and the second discharge oil passage L2 join; a first cooling oil passage L4 branching from the main oil passage L3 and supplying oil to the rotor 2a; a second cooling oil passage L5 branching from the main oil passage L3 and supplying oil to the stator 2b; an oil adjustment unit 10 which can adjust an amount of oil circulating in the first cooling oil passage L4 and the second cooling oil passage L5; and a control unit 13 which controls the oil adjustment unit 10 in accordance with vehicle speed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
