To provide a hybrid-vehicular control apparatus capable of decreasing a computing load in computing a prediction value.SOLUTION: A hybrid-vehicular control apparatus includes: an engine 2; a motor 6; and an ECU 8 for performing an intermittent start in which to start the engine 2 by a fuel injection through motoring by the motor 6, in which to start the engine 2 with no load. Further, the ECU 8 performs, at the intermittent start: predicting a behavior of a given control amount during the motoring and after starting the fuel injection; adjusting time of motoring on the basis of the predicted behavior of the control amount; and setting a predicting cycle of the control amount during the motoring shorter than a predicting cycle of the control amount after starting the fuel injection.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
