To provide a door hinge structure for a vehicle with a simple structure, which can increase impact resistance in the event of a vehicle collision without sacrificing material yield, weight, and cost.SOLUTION: A body-side hinge element 20 is made of high-strength sheet metal with an increase plate thickness and is formed in a simple L-shape of two pieces including a body mounting part 21 to be attached to a body and a shaft support part 22 for supporting a hinge pin 30. A door-side hinge element 10 is also formed in an L-shape of two pieces including a door mounting part 11 to be mounted on a door side and a shaft support part 12 for supporting the hinge pin. It is desirable that the door-side hinge element 10 is also made of sheet metal. One or two door-side hinge elements 10 are arranged to face one or both surfaces of the shaft support part 22 of the body-side hinge element 20, and the hinge pin 30 penetrates therethrough to connect the two elements in a relative rotatable manner. One of body mounting bolts 35 of the body-side hinge element 20 is arranged directly below or near the hinge center of the hinge pin 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】材料歩留まり、重量、コストを犠牲にすることなく車両衝突時の耐衝撃性を高めることができるシンプルな構造の車両用のドアヒンジ構造を提供する。【解決手段】ボデー側ヒンジ要素20は板厚を厚くした高強度の板金製とし、ボデーに取り付けるボデー取付部21とヒンジピン30を支持する軸支部22との二片のシンプルなL字状に形成する。ドア側ヒンジ要素10もドア側に取り付けるドア取付部11とヒンジピンを支持する軸支部12との二片のL字状に形成する。当該ドア側ヒンジ要素10も板金製とすることが望ましい。1つまたは2つのドア側ヒンジ要素10がボデー側ヒンジ要素20の軸支部22の一面もしくは両面に対向するように配置され、ヒンジピン30が貫通して両要素を相対回転可能に連結する。ボデー側ヒンジ要素20のボデー取付用のボルトの1つ35を、ヒンジピン30のヒンジセンターの真下もしくはその近傍に配置する。【選択図】図1
